Refund policy

All items from CustomGRFX Co. are handmade and, in many cases, made to order — please review your order carefully before submitting.

Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for standard (non-custom) items in original, unused condition. Custom or personalized orders (including name/date changes, custom sizing, or one-off requests) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us at customgrfxco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Refunds: Once a return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
