By accessing and placing an order with CustomGRFX Co., you agree to the following terms.

Products: All items are handmade or made to order in Bismarck, North Dakota. Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly from photos due to the handmade nature of each piece.

Orders & Payment: All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors.

Custom Orders: Custom and personalized items are made to your specifications and are final sale (see our Refund Policy for details).

Intellectual Property: Vintage and brand-themed designs are offered as nostalgic, fan-made reproductions for personal use and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the original brand owners.

Limitation of Liability: CustomGRFX Co. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.

Changes to These Terms: We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
